Dr. Olsson now at Naval Medical Center, San Diego

When your internist tells you to reduce stress, your pastor tells you you’re too busy, and your wife tells you to quit working all the time and get a life, and all three happen at the time, it’s probably time to cut back. I have been putting in 10-hour workdays, 6 ½ days a week, for well over 20 years. But at this time, I will no longer be accepting new patients, and will be phasing out the Tinnitus Center between May and the end of November, 2006. I am currently working on a proposal to offer TRT at the Naval Medical Center, San Diego, particularly for veterans returning from Iraq with damaged ears (and other wounds), and am working on a self-help program for the public of tinnitus patients. (Refer to the link under the ‘T-Therapy’ tab at the top of the page.)

I would commend two southern California colleagues who have been properly trained in Tinnitus Retraining Therapy, Debra Abel, Au.D., newly moved from Ohio, at (858) 618-1249, and Sol Marghzar, Au.D., at (310) 659-1212.
